Include your Uzora version, iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, and the chart format involved. Do not attach a copyrighted chart unless support specifically asks for a minimal diagnostic sample you are allowed to share.

A chart will not import
Confirm that the file is a supported OXS, XSD, SAGA, or PDF chart and is available locally in the Files app. Uzora reports unsupported or damaged content instead of creating an inaccurate chart.
If the error screen offers Send file to the developers, you may send that one file to Uzora’s private diagnostic storage after reviewing a separate confirmation. Include the displayed diagnostic ID when contacting support. Do not send a chart unless you are entitled to share it for private diagnosis.
Uzora opens files you select for interoperability and does not provide or redistribute third-party charts. See the content and file-format policy.
Restore or move progress
Use Settings → Data, backup & sync to create a backup before moving devices or reinstalling. Keep the exported archive in a location you control.
Purchases
Open Settings → Membership and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Manage or cancel an Unlimited subscription in your Apple Account’s App Store subscription settings. Existing charts and progress remain available if a subscription expires; after 365 paid subscription days, Plus Lifetime remains unlocked permanently.
Privacy and deletion
See the privacy policy. Send a message from the email used for optional sync if you want sync-stored data deleted.

В письме укажите версию Uzora, модель устройства, версию iOS и формат схемы. Для переноса прогресса сначала создайте резервную копию в разделе «Настройки → Данные, копия и синхронизация». Если приложение не открыло схему, её можно отдельно отправить в закрытое хранилище после подтверждения. Укажите в письме показанный номер диагностики. Покупки восстанавливаются в разделе «Настройки → Подписка» под тем же аккаунтом Apple; управлять подпиской Unlimited можно в настройках подписок App Store.
